Service

The public can consult the lists of passengers disembarking from 10am to 16:30 in the file room. It is important to make an appointment by phone: 2692-1866. The immigrant or a descendant may request the issuance of the Certificate of Arrival. The public utility issues an official document of R $ 20.00, accepted in European countries and Japan, for granting dual citizenship, hereditary succession and several lawsuits.
