Those interested in formalizing their registration must complete a form which will be available at the Library of the Embassy in Piazza Navona, No. 10 from 10 am to 14h pm, Monday to Friday, as the site of the Embassy's website (www.ambasciatadelbrasile.it). The forms must be accompanied by the original and a copy of the following documents:
I - Proof of residing lawfully and legally permitted under local law for the exercise of paid indefinitely in Italy, on the basis of hours exceeding 32 hours per week, or in the case of Brazilian nationals from third countries;
II - valid passport or identity card, stating the minimum age of 18 years;
III - certificate of good or equivalent;
IV - certificate of physical and mental fitness issued by official institution or doctor known to the Embassy;
V - proof of discharge from military service (Brazilian male candidates);
VI - evidence of being up to date with compulsory voting (Brazilian candidates);
VII - Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale);
VIII - certificate of training mid-level;
IX - declaration of non-occupancy of office, employment or public service function in the Brazilian
(Brazilian candidates);
X - curriculum vitae;
will not be accepted conditional, incomplete, via fax, email or outside the time limit. Applicants may register by proxy for that specific purpose, being necessary to attach the respective Statement of Attorney and copy of the official identity document of the prosecutor. In that case, the candidate will assume the consequences of any errors of his attorney.
After evaluation by the Selection Committee, the list of candidates who meet the basic requirements and documentation required to be posted, on May 3, in public areas of the Embassy and www.ambascitadelbrasile.it available on the website. Candidates should present themselves for all events at the Cultural Center Brazil-Italy, Piazza Navona, 18.
The selection process will consist of three phases:
a) written assessment in English and Italian;
b) review the practice of computing;
c) oral interview.
The first phase will take place on May 5, from 10am to 12pm, and will obey the following rules:
a) the evidence will be made with blue pen or black
b) the evidence will not be identified at the delivery to the applicator and not
must submit any signal that permits its identification, under penalty of disqualification.
c) candidates who do not obtain a minimum score of 60 points in each race (Portuguese and Italian) will be disqualified;
d) the outcome of the first phase will be the average of the results of two tests.
Those candidates who obtain the top ten results in the first phase will be invited to the second stage through the list posted in public areas of the Embassy and made available on the website www.ambascitadelbrasile.it, until May 11.
The second phase will take place on May 13, at times to be announced soon, and will consist of practical tests on the use of the following applications: Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Candidates who do not obtain a minimum score of 60 points in the practical exam will be disqualified.
Candidates considered suitable in the second phase will be invited to the third stage through the list posted in public areas of the Embassy and made available on the website www.ambasciatadelbrasile.it until May 17.
The third phase will take place on May 19, at times to be announced soon, and will consist of oral interview in which they evaluate the training candidates in relation to the tasks necessary for a place, in order, particularly, training and experience of the candidates, their ability and oral fluency in English and Italian.
There will be no appeal of the results of evidence, nor the second call.
The final selection process will be released until the 21st of May and be the mean between the results of written tests and oral interview results. In the event of a tie in the final, the tiebreakers will perform the third phase. Approval in
competition will ensure only the expectation of a right to hire, leaving the implementation of this act subject to compliance with the strict order of ranking, the expiration date of the contest (12 months from the publication of its final outcome), the approval of the outcome of the contest by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, in Brasília, and the contract was signed with the Embassy.
Hiring final will be preceded by a probationary period of three months.
The workload will be 35 hours per week.
The employment contract to be signed between the selected candidate and Embassy of Brazil in Rome will be governed by Italian labor law.
The remuneration will be 14 annual salaries in the gross monthly amount of Euro 1,500.00 (one thousand and five hundred euros), from which deduct the social security contribution.
The cases shall be decided by the Selection Committee.
